Calcu - a bluetooth connected calculator.
Meet Calcu. The smart calculator. I designed a concept for the RenderWeekly challenge a while back. I saw this as an opportunity for trying out modeling in Fusion360.
Comes with different finishes
The bluetooth functionality is because it would be super to enable extra functionality from an app, both saving each calculation for later, but also to work with conversions and other types of math, that is not enabled by this. Another add on was to be able to use the Calcu as a standalone number pad for your pc or mac laptop. This way you had a simple input device for quickly jotting down numbers.
The challenge of working with soft sculpting tools in Fusion360 payed off. I made the body in Fusion360. Then I exported the body for further detailing in Solidworks.
